Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or utilizing the Plutotype mobile keyboard application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. License Grant
Headon AI Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plutotype keyboard application strictly on compatible personal mobile devices owned or controlled by you.
2. Local Model Intellectual Property
All proprietary quantized neural networks, haptic layout systems, and compilation codes inside the Plutotype keyboard are the exclusive intellectual property of Headon AI Labs. Reverse engineering, model extraction, or unauthorized distribution of these components is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Constraints & Offline Capabilities
Plutotype is designed to run 100% offline. Consequently, certain features (like on-device spell check, grammar correction, and local translation) require the installation of corresponding on-device language packages. Headon AI Labs is not responsible for any performance degradation caused by insufficient local hardware capabilities (e.g. low memory or missing NPU support).
4. No Warranty
The application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Headon AI Labs or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the keyboard application.
